| 7s8d | that Simon Hammond hath received of Robt Tonbridge five hundred lathe nails the price of 6d and one girdle appriced at 6s8d one cap of the price of 6d which were feloniously stolen by the said Robt and which goods and chattels ought to come to the lord's hands as waived chattels therefore the bailiff charged to levy the said chattels from the said Simon and seize them into the lord's hands until the said bailiff has answered the lord therefore at his account and because the said Simon took the goods in the form aforesaid and unlawfully kept secret the same etc therefore in mercy |
