3d for the lord that the said Jn doth not keep the lord's park as of right he ought to do by unlawfully sitteth and haunteth alehouses as well by night as by day and doth not attend to do his office in due manner and if any of the beasts being in the park be destroyed it is in the default of the ill government of the said Jn therefore we must speak with the lord and they say further that the said Jn is a hulderer of divers felonies and excomunicate for divers crimes
