and they say that Jn Mylle holds one tenement of this demesne to farm at the will called Southey and they say that he has made waste and destruction of his said tenement by cutting down timber growing there without the lord's licence etc therefore it is presented to distrain him against the next court to make satisfaction to the lord for the aforesaid waste thus made
