and they say that Robt Kente and the land tenant of Pakes and Jn Grove Jn Atte Parke and the land tenant of Pakes (repeated) were tenants of the lord who as a right of holding should make the lord's hedges within the park of Earls Colne and because they have not repaired them a day was given to the aforesaid parties that they should well and sufficiently remedy against the next court upon pain of forfeiting each of them the aforesaid tenements and lands etc
