and it was presented in the preceding court to Ralph Noke to seize into the hands of the lord one tenement with garden of Margery Lyteman because it was alienated to Rich Noth without the lord's licence and one cottage with garden adjoining which Jn Talworth alienated to Jn Soneld without having the lord's licence for his estate in court and now it is presented by the said Ralph bailiff that the said lands and tenements were seized therefore now the aforesaid Ralph was charged to return to the lord of the profits etc until etc saving the right etc
