fine 12d to this court came Jn Tyler junior and Margt his wife she herself solely examined by the steward and surrendered into the hands of the lord one cottage with a parcel of a garden adjoining called Passmers one head abutting upon the king's highway and the other opposite head abutting on the lands of Jn Hyne to the use of Jn Tyler senior and Margt his wife to whom the lord thereof granted seisin to hold to the aforesaid Jn Tyler senior and Margt his wife their heirs and assigns from the lord at the will according to the custom of the manor etc and they gave to the lord for a fine for having entry as shown and made fealty to the lord
