whereas before this time Rich Mors son of Thos Mors claimed against Jn Cosin one tenement late the said Thos his father's as his right and inheritance as he supposed yet it was found by the due search of the rolls that the said Thos together with Clem his wife and Jn Payn bought the said tenement with appurtenances to hold to them and the heirs of the said Thos whereupon the said Thos lying on his death bed out of the court surrendered into the lord's hands etc all his right and estate etc of the said tenement with appurtenances to the use of the said Clem and her heirs and hereupon the said Clem sold the said tenement to the said Jn Cosyn as in the roll of the court more plainly appears whereupon it is considered by the court that the said Jn shall have and quietly enjoy the said teneme nt to him and his heirs and that the said Rich shall go from the same without day etc yet always provided that if the said Rich hereafter can show any right true and lawful title for himself then this consideration aforesaid shall be accounted for nothing
