| fine 4d | to this court etc came Thos Wode and Joan his wife by the steward solely examined and consenting and surrendered into the hands of the lord one cottage with appurtenances in Colne called Snowes to the use of Jn Lytill and Joan his wife and Robt Perye their heirs and assigns to whom the lord out of his special grace out of his hands regranted the said cottage with appurtenances to the aforesaid Jn Joan and Robt to hold to the same their heirs and assigns by the rod at the will of the lord by the ancient services and customs saving the right etc and they gave to the lord for a fine etc and made fealty etc |
