fine 2s to the same said court came Ralph Audele and Jn Tredegold glazier present in court and surrendered into the hands of the lord one cellar called the tannery with a room built upon it to the use of Thos Skynnere and Alice his mother Thos Moordon and Robt Lytteman to whom was delivered thereof seisin to have and to hold etc upon the following condition that if the aforesaid Thos and Alice Thos and Robt should pay to the aforesaid Ralph and Jn 6marks viz at the feast of pentecost next following after the date of this court 13s4d and at the same said feast then next following 13s4d and thus always to be paid at the same said feast until the aforesaid sum should be paid and if there should be default etc that then truly it should be allow ed to the aforesaid etc and upon this etc and to the same said court came the aforesaid Ralph and Agnes his wife by the steward solely examined and consenting and surrendered into the hands of the lord one shop situated in the aforesaid Colne sometime Gosbolle late in the hands of Jn Ascheford between the maypole and the tannery to the use of the aforesaid Thos Alice Thos and Robt Lytteman to whom was delivered thereof seisin to have and to hold to the aforesaid Thos etc their heirs and assigns forever by the rod at the will of the lord according to the custom of the manor saving the rights etc and upon this they gave for a fine etc and made fealty etc
