to farm for a term of years | and at this same court the lord by his steward and upon the advice of Jas Ardebastere his receiver granted to Jn Qwikkesle and Thos Reynold of Earls Colne licence to enter into the park of Jn earl of Oxford at the aforesaid Colne and there to strip the bast of all the trees called lynde growing in the said park one for fuel to be taken thereof there beforehand as it was first granted to farm as many as were agreed as their allowance daily necessary to them to carry out their trade and carry off the same to the aforesaid Jn and Thos and their assigns for a term of fifteen years then next following the date of this court were fully completed returning thereof to the lord per annum 15s per annum annually at the terms of the aforesaid manor and at the end of the aforesaid term to give back the bast in the said park in as good a state as they took it at the beginning of the term at their first taking to farm |
