and that Ralph Audeley held of the lord of this manor the day of his death certain lands tenements and meadows and that Jn Audeley his son is the heir of the foresaid and that the said Ralph about 11Edw4 drowned himself and the bailiff charged to seize into the lord's hands the lands and tenements of the said Ralph as lands forfeited to the lord
