| fine 2s | to this court came Margt late the wife of Jn Clerke and surrendered into the lord's hands one tenement with appurtenances sometime in the tenure of Robt Steven's to the use of Wm Clerke the son of the foresaid Margt on the condition following that the said Margt have and receive the issue of the said tenement during the life of the said Margt from thence to remain to the said Wm and Jn Wastlin smith and their heirs to whom there is seisin thereof delivered to hold to them and their heirs by the rod to the will of the lord by the service therefore due and of right accustomed etc and they give the lord for fine 2s and suit at the court and made fealty and so they are admitted tenants |
