| fine 8d | to this court came Rich Tottie and Jn Howchon and surrendered into the lord's hands one tenement with appurtenances sometime in the tenure of Walt Scotte to the intent that the lord might regrant the said tenement with appurtenances to the foresaid Rich Tottie to whom the lord granted etc to have to him and his heirs etc and he giveth for fine as appears in the head etc and now in the same court the foresaid Rich Toty surrendered the said tenement with appurtenances into the lord's hands and to the use of Gilb Wright to whom the lord granted etc to have to him etc and he giveth fine as appears in the head and made fealty |
