fine 6dat this court it is found by the homage that Jn Tillfigge which held of the lord one cottage with a garden adjoining containing by estimation 20p of land sometime in the tenure of Simon Warde with 1r of land called of an old name Olivers Croft containing 2a died since the last court and that the same Jn before his death surrendered into the lord's hands by the hands of Jn James instead of the bailiff in the presence of Jn Wastelin and     the lord's tenants witnessing the said cottage with other the premises to the use of Agnes his wife for the term of her life to hold of the lord by the rod to the will of the lord according to the custom of the manor by the rents and services therefore before due and of right accustomed to remain after the death of the said Agnes to be disposed according to the last will of the said Jn shown here in the court and the said Agnes giveth fine etc for such her estate therein to be had and made fealty
