instead of the bailiff in the presence of

the lord's tenants witnessing the said cottage with other the premises to the use of

his wife for the term of her life to hold of the lord by the rod to the will of the lord according to the custom of the manor by the rents and services therefore before due and of right accustomed to remain after the death of the said

to be disposed according to the last will of the said
