fine 12dat this court it is found by the homage that Wm Cocks since the last court sold to Jn Ridnale one tenement with a garden adjoining called Clerks as it lies between the tenement late Thos Clerk's after Hen Northey of one part and the tenement called Dines otherwise Stone of the other part without licence of the lord and his court and hereupon the bailiff charged to seize the tenement with appurtenances etc and to yield the lord the issues thereof until etc now at this court the lord granted out of his hands the said tenement with appurtenances to the said Jn Ridnale to have and to hold to him Jn Wastelin Robt Bieston their heirs and assigns of the lord by the rod to the will of the lord according to the custom of the manor and they give the lord for fine etc and made fealty etc
