fine 4sto this court came Jn Wastelin and Robt Bieston which were jointly seised with Jn Ridnale now dead of and in one tenement with a garden adjoining and appurtenances called Clerks situate and lying between the tenement late Thos Clerk's of the one part and the tenement called Dines otherwise Stones of the other part and surrendered into the lord's hands the said tenement with the garden and appurtenances to the use of Margt Ridnale late the wife of the said Jn Ridnale to whom there is seisin thereof delivered by the rod to hold to the same Margt and her assigns for the term of her life to the will of the lord according to the custom of the manor doing and yielding therefore the rents services and customs and after the death of the said Margt the said tenement with garden and appurtenances shall remain to Agnes Ridnale daughter of the said Jn Ridnale and Jn Heg their heirs and assigns only to the use of the said Agnes her heirs and assigns to the will of the lord according to the custom of the manor doing and yielding therefore the rents services and customs therefore before due etc and she gave fine and made fealty
