fine 12d and to this court came Jn Eyer prior of Colne and surrendered into the lord's hands one tenement called Frances with a garden adjoining and the appurtenances to the use of Jn Smyth and Thos Hunte their heirs and assigns to whom there is seisin thereof delivered by the rod to the same Jn and Thos and their heirs and assigns to the will of the lord according to the custom of the manor yet on the condition following viz that if the foresaid Jn pay or cause to be paid to the foresaid Jn Heyers or his attorneys 3li20d in manner under written viz in the feast of xmas.next following after the date of this court and in the feast of xmas then next following 10s and so paying from feast to feast and year to year until the sum of 50s be contented beside the payment of 6s8d that then this surrender stand in all his strength and effect and if there be default made in any of the payments in part or in whole that then this present surrender be void and of no force and yielding 7d by year and suit at the court and on this condition it is delivered
