fine 2s4d and to this court came Isabel Tidder widow and surrendered into the lord's hands one messuage barn and garden customary with the appurtenances called Joldens to the use of Rich Woodstocke alias Bery and Jn Robt Fen the bailiff their heirs and assigns to whom there is seisin thereof delivered by the rod to hold to the the same Rich and Robt their heirs and assigns to the will of the lord according to the custom of the manor doing etc on condition following viz that if the foresaid Rich pay or cause to be paid to the foresaid Isabel or her certain attorneys 19li of lawful money of England in form underwritten viz the feast of the assumption of the blessed virgin mary next coming after the date of these presents 20s and in the feast of pentecost th en next following 20s and so thenceforth paying from feast to feast and year to year until the sum of 19li be paid that then this present surrender stand in all his force and effect etc but otherwise etc
