of Colne of the other part of and concerning the title and possession of one messuage with a garden adjoining and the appurtenances lying at Colfordhill holden of the lord by copy of court roll upon all and singular which matters the said messuage concerning the said

hath put up his bill of petition unto the lord earl of Oxford lord there and the said earl having seen his bill of petition directed his honourable letters to sir

prior of Colne to reform all and singular discords between the said parties before the date of this court had or moved as by the same bill more plainly appeareth and the parties aforesaid appeared before the said prior before his court to fulfil the commandment of the said earl and the matter before him was in due manner examined and there before him they agreed and concorded of their own accord in manner following viz the said

immediately there surrendered into the lord's hands by the hands of

the lord's tenant in the presence of
Robt Turnebull
and
Jn Tillwicke
the lord's tenants the same witnessing according to the custom of the manor as well all the title claim interest and demand as

his mother as of himself which she hath of and in his name of and in the messuage with the appurtenances or in the reversion of the same for him and his heirs when it shall happen etc to the use of the said

their heirs and assigns to whom the lord by his steward granted seisin through the rod to hold to the same
