and it is likewise ordained that nobody from henceforth of the age abovesaid (15yr) shall fish or take any fish in the several waters of the lord's tenants within this lordship on pain to lose 40s the half whereof shal be forfeited to the lord the other half to the party grieved and the bayliff charged to make proclamations thereof
