and that Thos Audeley and Thos Audeley about the 20.6.20Hen7 bargained and sold to Rich Bayneham one messuage customary with a garden customary called Burton Garden holden of the lord of this manor by copy of court roll for the sum of 20marks to be paid in form underwritten viz immediately after the bargain aforesaid 8li12s to be paid to the parish church of Colne aforesaid and 4marks to be paid to the said Thos and Thos at the day of the bargain aforesaid and the residue of the same sum of 20marks to be paid to the foresaid Thos and Thos at the feast of michaelmas.1506 and furthermore the said homage say that it was agreed between the said parties by the bargain aforesaid that for default of payment of the same aforesaid or any parcel thereof it might be lawful to the said Thos and Thos by the licence of the lord and his court to reenter
