and that Robt Parker late of Gosfield gentleman which held of the lord to him and his heirs freely by deed by fealty suit in the court and rent of 13s7d by year one messuage and certain lands called Nicholles in Markeshall and one other free tenement late Jn Squires and after Hen Nicholles situate in Colne aforesaid by fealty suit at the court and rent of 3s by the year the same Robt Parker died long before the last court and they say that Jn Parker is son and heir of the said Robt and of full age who is entered upon those premises as son and heir of the said Robt whom the bailiff is charged to distrain by his goods and chattels of and in the premises to make fealty suit at the court and to pay to the lord 13s7d for a relief for the foresaid lands and tenements called as above and for 3s of a relief to the lord for the foresaid tenement which lately was the aforesaid Hen Nicholles
