| Sloes | and to this court came Robt Warde and Eliz his wife in the right of the said Eliz and she the same Eliz alone and secretly in the full court by the lord's steward examined Thos Audeley the younger and Rich Garrard who had estate jointly with the said Eliz to them and their assigns of and in one messuage with a garden adjoining and the appurtenances sometime Jn Atte Slooes and late Rich Brownes and surrendered into the lord's hands the foresaid messuage and garden with the appurtenances to the use and behoof of Wm Davison Jn Campion and Jn Sparrowe their heirs and assigns to the use of the foresaid Wm Davison his heirs and assigns to whom the lord by his steward granted seisin thereof by the rod to them their heirs and assigns to the use of Wm Davison his heirs and assigns of the lord by the rod to the will etc according to the custom of the manor by the ancient rents and services therefore due and or right accustomed and they give fine and made fealty |
