and they present that Robt Bieston died before this court who held of the lord the day when he died certain lands and tenements called etc the certainty whereof is yet unknown therefore day is given to the wife and executor of the said Robt Bieston to be here with her copies if she have any at the feast of st peter next coming on pain etc
