a tenement etcfine     to this court came Hugh Hardy and Marge his wife late the wife of Wm Hunte deceased and the same Marge alone and secretly examined by the lord's steward surrendered into the lord's hands one tenement situate near the churchyard of the parish church of Colne on the south and east side of the churchyard aforesaid with a certain purpresture lying on the south side of the tenement aforesaid as with pales and posts it is enclosed and one other purpresture lying in the other side of the way viz over against the foresaid tenement which late were Thos Gernons and one stable situate near and beside the gate of the manor there over against the highway on the north way which late were Wm Hunts etc to the use of Rich Baineham and his heirs to whom by the lord's steward there is seisin thereof delivered to hold to them (sic) and their heirs of the lord by the rod to the will etc and he giveth fine etc and made fealty to the lord etc
