Rich Baineham sueth Wm Webbe in a plea of debt upon the demand of 39s10d and he himself pledges to prosecute because he is the lord's tenant of this manor therefore the bailiff charged to distrain the said Wm Webbe by his goods and chattels that he be here at the next court to answer the foresaid Rich in the plea aforesaid
