within this lordship and was indicted for the same felony and after before the justices of the lord the king of the gaol delivery was arrained# condemned and hanged and the horses aforesaid were apprised by the lord's tenants at 268d which horses the prior of Colne took into his custody and yet hath them therefore the bailiff charged to seize the said horses to the lord's use and answer the lord the issues etc
