felony horses seized to the lorditem they present that Jn Curteys feloniously stole two horses was of colour blackbay bald and the other white and afterward the said Jn with the same horses about the feast of michaelmas.11Hen8 was taken in a certain place called Colne Park within this lordship and was indicted for the same felony and after before the justices of the lord the king of the gaol delivery was arrained# condemned and hanged and the horses aforesaid were apprised by the lord's tenants at 268d which horses the prior of Colne took into his custody and yet hath them therefore the bailiff charged to seize the said horses to the lord's use and answer the lord the issues etc
