the homage present that Jn Estaie bought of Rich Booner divers customary lands called which Jn Estaie at this court came not to be admitted to the foresaid lands but holdeth and occupieth the same by virtue of the aforesaid bargain without the licence of the lord or authority of his court therefore the bailiff charged to seize the said lands to the lord and the same to rentain until etc
