and surrendered into the lord's hands three crofts of land called

containing 4a of land parcel of the tenement and 30a of land called
Curds
as the foresaid three crofts of land lie together near Curds Lane towards the east to the use and behoof of
Thos Harrison
and
Jn Pennock
their heirs and assigns to the use alone of the said

and his heirs which

being present in the court came and craved himself and the foresaid
Jn Pennock
to be admitted thereunto and they are admitted the lord's tenants to whom by the lord's steward there is seisin thereof delivered to hold to them and their heirs and assigns of the lord by the rod to the use aforesaid etc and they give fine etc and made fealty yielding therefore yearly to the lord's and their heirs lord's of this manor 15d at the usual terms of the manor and suit at the court according to the custom of the manor
