deceased because nobody came to claim the said lands after the decease of the said

as in the said court more at large appears now to this court came one
Jn Quixley
of Wivenho in the county of Essex waterman and craveth to be admitted to the foresaid lands with the appurtenances as cousin and heir of the same

viz the son and heir of
Rich Quixley
the brother and heir of the foresaid
Isabel
and for proof of his right he putteth himself upon the homage and the homage therewithall charged say upon their oaths that the foresaid

is cousin and heir of the foresaid
Isabel
in manner and form as he hath before alleged and hath right to premises and because it is so found by the homage therefore he is admitted the lord's tenant to whom by the lord's steward there is seisin thereof delivered to hold to him his heirs and assigns of the lord by the rod to the will of the lord etc according to the custom of the manor and he giveth fine etc and made fealty
