two crofts of land parcel of Lowfield Xfine 15s4d to this court came Sibill Wro widow late the wife of Jn Wro deceased and surrendered into the lord's hands all those two crofts of land containing by estimation 16a of land or more or less etc lying in Lowfield under the dwelling house of the foresaid Jn and Sibill of the one part and near one croft of land called Kebbillsfield now in the lord's hands of the other part as by the metes and bounds etc to the use and behoof of Jn Cressener gentleman and Sibill now his wife and the heirs of the bodies of the foresaid Jn and Sibill lawfully begotten and for default of such issue to remain to the right heirs of the foresaid Sibill Cressener and her heirs which Jn and Sibill being present in the court came and craved to be admitted thereunto and they are admitted the lord's tenants to whom by the lord's steward there is seisin thereof delivered to hold to them and the heirs of their bodies lawfully begotten of the lord by the rod to the will of the lord according to the custom of the manor and for default of such issue to remain as above etc and the foresaid Jn and Sibill give fine and made fealty
