Wallers Xfine 12d it is found by the homage that Margt Reyner wdow late the wife of Jn Reyner deceased which held jointly together with the foresaid Jn lately her husband deceased of the lord as of this manor by the rod to the will of the lord according to the custom of the manor etc one tenement customary with the appurtenances lying near the Tollehousegreene called Wallers and one parcel of customary land to the same tenement adjoining containing in length 3rods and a half of land and in breadth 2rods2ft of standard as etc the foresaid Margt died since the last court of and in the foresaid tenement with the appurtenances sole seised in her demesne as of fee according to the custom of the manor etc and they say further that Jn Reyner of full age is the son of the foresaid Margt and next heir and hath right to the premises who being present in the court came and craved to be admitted thereunto and because it is so found by the homage therefore he is admitted the lord's tenant to whom by the lord's steward there is seisin thereof delivered to hold to him his heirs and assigns of the lord by the rod etc and he giveth fine and made fealty
