Nich Banburie
out of the court and since the last court surrendered into the lord's hands by the hands of
Thos Harrison
one of the lord's tenants in the presence of
Hen Prentice
Jn Leffingwell
and
Barth Churche
likewise the lord's tenants and other the same witnessing three crofts of customary land with the appurtenances called
Bromecrofts
lying in Colne aforesaid and one croft of land called
Beercroft
with one way leading to the field aforesaid to drive and chase etc and one meadow late parcel of the said croft called
Beerecroft
containing by estimation 3a of land as by the metes etc to the use and behoof of
Jn Banbury
his son and the heirs of his body lawfully begotten and for want of such issue to remain to the right heirs of the said
Nich
and their heirs which

being present in the court came and craved to be admitted thereunto and because it is so found by the homage therefore she

is admitted the lord's tenant to whom by the lord's steward there is seisin thereof delivered to hold to him the heirs of his body lawfully begotten of the lord by the rod and for want of such issue to remain as before etc and he giveth fine and made fealty
