widow and surrendered into the lord's hands one cottage with a garden adjoining called

lying in Colne aforesaid as etc to the intent that the lord thereof so seised might regrant the said cottage with the appurtenances to the said

for term of her life to remain after her decease to
Marie
now the wife of
Thos Dering
and her heirs and the lord by virtue of the surrender aforesaid in the aforesaid cottage with the appurtenances so seised at this present court by his steward regranted out of his hands to the foresaid

the said cottage with the appurtenances to hold to the same

during the term of her life to remain after her decease to the foresaid
Marie
and her heirs to which

by the lord's steward there is seisin thereof delivered to hold to her and her assigns during the term of her life of the lord by the rod to the will of the lord according to the custom of the manor etc to remain after her decease as above etc and she giveth fine etc and made fealty
