fine 12d to this court came Wm Symond son and heir of Alice one of the daughters and coheirs of Thos Hunte and Agnes his wife deceased and in full court remised released and always from him and his heirs forever quitclaimed to Eliz Veer the other daughter and coheir of the said Thos Hunte and Agnes deceased in their full and peaceable possession being all his right estate title interest claim and demand whichever he had hath or by any means hereafter might have of and in all the lands and tenements gardens cottages meadows feedings pastures and all other hereditaments whatsoever which lately were the said Thos Hunt's and Agnes his wife's set and lying in Earls Colne or other where holden of the lord as of this manor by the rod viz that neither he the foresaid Wm nor his heirs nor any other for him or in his name may or might hereafter claim challenge any right title claim or demand of and in the premises or in any parcel thereof but are forever clean abarred from all action of right by these presents
