to this court came Geo Bieston and acknowledged himself to have received and had before this present court of Thos Turnor 8li of good and usual money of England viz in full contentation and satisfaction for one cottage with a garden adjoining and their appurtenances called Lytmans for the payment of which 8li the foresaid cottage with the garden adjoining and their appurtenances were obliged to the same Geo Bieston on pain of reentry as in the leet with the court here holden on tuesday in the week of pentecost in the 5Edw6 15.7.1551 more fully appears of which 8li the foresaid Geo acknowledgeth himself to be fully paid and satisfied and acquitteth as well the said Thos Turnor his heirs and executors as the said cottage with the garden adjoining thereof by these presents
