who held to him and his heirs of the lord by the rod etc divers customary lands and tenements called
Chewniesland
lying in Colne aforesaid containing by estimation in the whole about 14a of land or more etc died since the last court of and in the foresaid lands and tenements sole seised in his demesne as of fee according to the custom of the manor etc and they say further that

of full age is the brother of the foresaid

and the next heir and hath right to the premises who being present in the court came and craved to be admitted thereunto and because it is so found by the homage therefore he is admitted the lord's tenant thereof to whom by the lord's steward there is seisin thereof delivered to have and to hold to him his heirs and assigns of the lord by the rod to the will of the lord according to the custom of the manor and he giveth fine etc and made fealty
