| Wallnutcroft | fine 12d to this court came Joan Estaie widow late the wife of Jn Estaie deceased and in full court for a certain sum of money to her beforehand paid by Robt Peerson surrendered remitted released and forever for her her heirs and assigns quitclaimed to Robt Peerson and his heirs in their full and peaceable possession being all the right estate title claim interest and demand whichever she had hath or by any means hereafter might have which she claimeth to have in the name of her dowry by and after the death of the foresaid Jn Estay her husband deceased of and in one croft of land called Wallnutcrofte lying and being in Earls Colne aforesaid late the said Jn Estaye's her husband's deceased as by the metes and bounds etc viz so that neither she the foresaid Joan nor any other for her or in her name may or shall hereafter exact claim or challenge any right title claim interest or demand of or in the foresaid croft of land or of or in any parcel thereof but are clean abarred from all action of right forever by these presents and he giveth the lord for fine for enrolling this release as appears |
