fine 5s Warkmans containing 3r21p of land whereas there have been divers discords sprung between Jn Chatterton the elder son of one Rose Cauche late wife of Thos Cawche yet living and before the wife of     Chatterton deceased and Thos Chatterton the younger son of the foresaid Rose etc about the admission of the foresaid Jn Chatterton the elder son to the reversion of one croft of land called Warkemans now of new enclosed containing 3r21p of land lying between the land called Warkemans la te in the tenure of Thos Rolte by copy towards the east and the land of Jn Wingfield towards the west the one head thereof abutting upon the land of the aforesaid Thos Rolte towards the south and the other head thereof abutting upon the land of Jn Estay called Litle Burrowes and the land of Thos Rolte towards the north when it shall happen by and after the death of the said Thos Cawche now tenant thereof as in the last court more plainly appears because the homage doubted of the lawful birth of the foresaid Jn viz whether the foresaid Jn the elder son was born before matri mony solemnized between the said     Chatterton and Rose his wife or not for which considerations the admission of the foresaid Jn the elder son was respited until this court and now to this court came as well the foresaid Jn Chatterton the elder son as the foresaid Thos Chatterton the younger son and give the court to understand that it is agreed between them that the said Jn Chatterton the elder son shall have hold and enjoy the foresaid reversion of the foresaid croft of land with appurtenances to him and his heirs forever when it shall happen by and after the death of the foresaid Thos Cawche whereupon the foresaid Jn is admitted the lord's tenant the reof to whom by the steward there is seisin thereof delivered to hold to him his heirs and assigns of the lord by the rod when it shall happen etc and he giveth fine etc and made fealty and furthermore the foresaid Thos Chatterton in the court surrendered remised released and forever from him and his heirs quitclaimed to the foresaid Jn Chatterton his heirs and assigns in their full and peaceable possession being all the right estate title claim interest and demand which ever he had hath or might have of and in the reversion aforesaid by reason of any cause or matter from the beginning of the world until this present day so that neither he the foresaid Thos nor his heirs nor any other person for them or in their names may by any means hereafter exact claim or challenge any right title claim or demand of and in the premises or a ny parcel thereof but are clear abarred from all action forever by there presents
