whereas at the leet with the court here holden on monday being 19.6.12Eliz1 it was found by the homage that Geo Bieston son and heir of Geo Beiston deceased surrendered the reversion of one house called The Stable etc to the use and behoof of Agnes Beiston and her heirs on condition that if the foresaid Geo Beiston or his heirs executors or administrators pay or cause to be paid to one Jn Fryer of Clare etc 50li of good and lawful money of England that then it should be lawful for the foresaid Geo etc into the foresaid reversion etc to reenter etc as in the leet with court aforesaid more at large is contained at this court it is presented that the foresaid Geo nor any other for him have not paid to the foresaid Jn Fryer the foresaid 50li nor any parcel thereof according to the force form and effect of the foresaid condition contained in the court and leet aforesaid
