fine 2s6dit is found by the homage that Joan Allen that held to her for term of her life of the lord by the rod to the will of the lord according to the custom of the manor 1r of land lying between the land called Heyhouse and the Park Gate to remain after her decease to one Robt Allen son of one Edm Allen as by a court roll bearing date tuesday in the week of pentecost     PhM more at large is contained died since the last court and that the said Robt Allen being alive hath right to the premises which Robt being here present in court came and prayed to be admitted thereto to whom by the lord's steward because it appeareth to the court that his claim is true there is seisin thereof delivered by the rod to hold to him his heirs and assigns of the lord by the rod to the will of the lord according to the custom of the manor by the fealty rents and services therefore due and of right accustomed and he giveth fine and made fealty and is admitted the lord's tenant
