two item do you not know or have you not heard that one Jn Toughtwood did assign and set over his interest and term to come of and in two parcels of land called Bunners and Bettingsland unto the complainant as is mentioned in the bill of complaint and when and where was the said assignment thereof so made and for what considerations and what rent was the complainant to pay therefore and to whom was the said rent to be paid and were not you a witness to the sealing and delivery of the said assignment and is not this the assignment which is now shown you upon this your examination yea or no
