twenty that the cause why Edw Gurling and Jn Salter in the interrogatory named did resurrender their estate in the said messuage and lands was for that Robt Partridge in the interrogatory named or his father paid unto them again the money which he owed to them upon a surrender which the said Partridge had formerly made of the premises to them the said Gurling and Salter and other cause he saith he knoweth none and saith that he thinketh the premises are worth 30li per annum to be letten or thereabouts and more to this interrogatory he saith he cannot depose nor more Robt Crow
