two item were you present at a trial for certain lands at the assizes holden at Brentwood Essex about eight years since in the action brought by you against Wm Adams clerk whether was Robt Parker of Earls Colne Essex yeoman then produced as witness by the said Adams whether did sir Hen Montagu then one of his majesties justices of assize for the said county before whom the said cause was tried openly rebuke and reprimand the said Parker for his insolent carriage and speeches then used what words or speeches of rebuke or reprehension did the said judge then use to the said Parker declare your whole knowledge herein
