one that he knoweth mr Harlakenden one of the defendants but he knoweth none of the other defendants nor any of the complainants in this suit and he saith that he did very well know mr Jn Cooke in the article named when he was living for this deponent was his clerk and towards him for the space of twenty years or thereabouts and he saith that it is now about thirty years ago since the death of the said mr Cooke
