four item were you present at any trial before the judges of the common pleas at Westminster Hall in a suit between the said defendant Rich Harlakenden or some other for him plaintiff against Hen Abbott or some other of the tenants of the said manor of Earls Colne defendant when and for what was the said trial did the said defendant at that trial produce the court rolls of the said manor to have been given in evidence on his part against the said defendant and what censure opinion or judgement did the judge or any judge of that court then give or deliver of the said court rolls in their allowance or disallowance of them set down the words of the said judge or judges therein at full and what judge it was who did so deliver the said opinion of the said court rolls
