six item to the sixth interrogatory the deponent saith he doth not know what the court rolls are nor what manner of entries were made therein but as touching a copy showed unto this deponent at the time of his examination supposed to be subscribed by Jn Cooke then steward of the court he doth think that that entry was never made by him nor the copy subscribed by him the rather for that the form of the copy is contrary to the form of any indifferent learned steward nor the hand of the copy is not that Cooke's hand nor any of his clerks as he verily supposeth the deponent then being one of his clerks
