eleven item to the eleventh interrogatory this deponent saith that he knoweth not that ever Jn Cooke did in any examination of husband and wife when they surrendered their copyhold lands in any of the courts and take any tenants to join with him in taking the said surrender nor did the said Cooke at any time insert their names to have joined with him in the taking of any such surrender
