to the sixth interrogatory this deponent saith that the said Jeff Cuckoe was a discrete and understanding man and that he was loving towards his children and further this deponent saith that he doth not think that it is probable that the said Cuckoe would give away his land from his children and to the rest of the interrogatories he was not produced
