fifth what person or persons other than the said Rich Hen Thos Parish Thos Grimwood and (torn) did at any time endeavour to purchase or was or were purchasing or buying of the said crofts or (torn) land and parcels of meadow ground or any part thereof did such person or persons purchase the same (torn) part thereof if not then what was the reason that such person or persons did refuse to purchase or buy (torn) know or believe and what causeth you so to believe the same
